The center of the poster has a stylized drawing of a dollar bill the upper corners of the bill have the "RX" medical prescription symbol, the lower corners of the bill have: "$". The center of the bill has a large cartoon like starburst hole from which the top half of a female figure in a nurse's uniform is emerging, her hands are raised and she appears surprised, her hat is flying off of her head and there are papers in the air behind her.
