Poster is printed overall with a drawing of a large archway. The archway is divided into two bays by a large fascio, There are Garlands draped along top of both bays. On top of the archway there is a large block with a female figure on either side. The female figure at left is dressed in red, white, and blue and is holding broken shackles. The figure at right has wings and is holding a golden rod that is pointing toward an eye of providence in sky with a sunburst. The block atop the archway is overlaid with text in gold: "D?claration / Des Droits De L'Homme / Et Du Citoyen, / D?crec?s parl'Assembl?e Nationale dans les s?ances des 20, 21 / 23, 24 et 26 aost 1789, accept?s par le Roi". Below the two bays of the archway are both filled with text in French divided into a preamble and 17 articles. The bottom edge of the poster has more text in French. Poster is laminated overall.
