In the blue area along the bottom is, "Ski Hut/ The Ski Hut/ 1615 Univeristy Ave., Berkeley." The hiking, camping, and mountaineering communities were very active in reinvigorating the conservation and environmental movements. The Ski Hut was a pioneering Bay Area store catering to the new generation of outdoorspeople in the 1960s. [LMC]
