This poster has white margins in the top 1.5-2 inches. The middle is a photocopy of a collage of newspaper headlines and images. Some of the most prominent include "Weekly World / White House / News" in the upper left corner, "'War Is Now Behind Us,' He Says" in the center, and "Bush Worships / A-Bomb as a god!" in the lower right. There is a prominent image of Saddam Hussein and George H.W. Bush in the upper center. Both are heads on mismatched bodies and Saddam is standing to the left of Bush, whose head is on a woman's body lying down sticking her bare legs up in the air.
