Stanford Ave. bisects the Tract from west to north west. Occidental and Paradise Sts. (parallel) are the north and south streets. Paradise St. is now probably Genoa St. Occidental St. is now probably California St. in Berkeley. The major portion of this Tract (the northern 2/3) is now in Berkeley.
