The southern boundary is Crawford St. and the northern boundary is Harmon St. Alcatraz Ave. and Felton St. trisect the Tract. Also included in this area are those parts of Herzog, Essex, Idaho, and Baker Sts. that are between Crawford and Harmon Sts. A number of agents are listed; they are: A.S. Baldwin, McAfee Brothers, Newhall's Sons & Co., and Clark, Holland & Co. An index map of Oakland is on p. 4 of this leaflet with the Herzog Tract shown shaded. The "Tract List," compiled by Quentin lists two Herzog Tracts, one dated 1879, the other 1887.
