There are many recipes in this booklet:  page 4--Rice Bread; page 5--Entire Wheat Prune Bread; Sally Lunn; page 6--Rusks; page 7--Hominy Muffins; page 10--Everyday Cake; Eggless, Milkless, Butterless Cake; page 12--Potato Chocolate Cake; page 22--Orange Fritters; Cheese Souffle.  Page 23 offers "Some Secrets of Good Cooking:"  i.e. "A teaspoon of Royal Baking Powder added to a dish of mashed or creamed potatoes greatly improves its appearance......A little Royal Baking Powder added to stuffed or deviled crabs furnishes a fluffly lightness particularly appetizing...."
