Description: hat, black, probably wool felt; a: hat, small brim in front rolled back from face crown open filled with 3 layers of large black net; all edges trimmed with balck gross grain small bow on right front with black died egret feathers ineither direction from bow, and curving over cheekd when worn; excellent condition; 2 felt swirls on left side. b: hat pin white metal with head covered with blck felt diamond shape. Dimensions: a: 9 1/4" x 8" x 4 1/4" b: 3/4" x 3 3/8". Worn very far forward on the head. (Joan Severa, 3/8/1994)
