Hat. Description: City of Oakland Police Dept. Patrolman's uniform hat. Navy blue wool with black patent leather brim and strap. Two brass buttons with floral wreathe design and P in center, sides of hat are ventilated with plastic edged eyelets. Inside is lined with yellow fabric covered with plastic, band lined with leather, size 7-1/2. Hat badge attached with stud, stainless steel, eagele with crossed sword, star in center, 127 at bottom.
