Awarded to Frances Elna Wiley, who worked her way through Providence Hospital Nursing School, ca. 1906-07, by serving as a live-in nurse and companion to the Glickman family. Even after her marriage to William Connelly in 1917, she remained close to the Glickmans. At her death in 1979-80, the Glickmans assumed a responsibility to find a proper repository to place items that had belonged to Frances.
