Handwritten on the back, "Oak. Mayor Lionel Wilson, and Ala. Supervisor Don Perata hold Oakland Raiders Jacket after announcement." Photo shows Wilson and Perata holding the jacket between them presumably after the announcement that the Raiders were moving back to Oakland from L.A., a move which fell through at that time.
