Abbott, accused of the kidnapping and murder of 14 year-old Stephanie Bryan. From Nov. 7 until Nov. 15, the trial was occupied with selection of the jury. This is a photograph of Ray Marta, an artist for the Oakland Tribune. He created courtroom sketches, one of which was published in the Nov. 8 Oakland Tribune.
