Photo shows two men wearing overalls, long-sleeved shirts, gloves, and hard hats standing on the hull of a ship. One man is using a tool to fix an anchor of some sort and he is looking down at the deck of the ship. The other man is wearing sunglasses and is holding an American flag up on the side of the ship.
