Photo was taken looking down Franklin, possibly taken from a fire escape or window of the Tribune building. On the left is part of the Tribune sign on the side of the building. On the right side of the street is the parking garage with three buses parked at the right curb. A few cars are parked at the curb. People are walking on the sidewalks and in the crosswalks. Can clearly see the building on the corner of 14th and Franklin, which houses among others, Hudson Jewelers. Further down Franklin is the Colonial Cafeteria and the Franklin Building.
