This is a photograph of the street floor at The Emporium in 1905. The photo shows a part of the floor filled with towels, fabric bolts and "men's furnishings". Signs on the floor say "men's and youths' clothing", "men's hats", and "men's furnishing goods". There is a balcony above this floor. Several electric lights are attached to the walls as well as braces or pipes from the old gas lights.
